Once purchased, the design belongs to you. You may do as you please with it as long as it doesn't violate the TOS below. Note, none of my designs may be sold or given to anyone on my blacklist.For Personal Use Only
My artwork and designs are for non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution of my art/designs for uses other than personal is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstances is any person or entity authorized to mint my work as an NFT (Non Fungible Token) or feed my work into an AI generation software.Credit
My watermark/signature must never be altered or removed. If resharing my art/designs, you must credit me appropriately. Theft (including tracing, copying, heavily referencing) of my art/designs is strictly prohibited and will be met with the appropriate legal action if necessary.Edits
If you would like design edits, please notify me. I will happily make minor edits for free and major edits for a fee. You may redesign the character yourself if you prefer, but you may not edit my artwork directly or have someone else do so. You may not split redesigns into separate characters.Resale
Once purchased, you may gift, trade or resell my designs. You may only resell a design for the original price paid unless the design has acquired extra art. Then you may add that to the value.
