By purchasing my artwork and/or designs, you automatically agree to the TOS below. Violators will be blacklisted and banned from my services.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of my work may be met with the appropriate legal action if necessary.Ownership
Once purchased, the art and/or design belongs to you. You may do as you please with it as long as it doesn't violate the TOS below. The people on my blacklist are not permitted to own or use my art and designs. This means my work may not be sold or given to these people.Rights
For the time being, my artwork and designs are for non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution of my art/designs for uses other than personal is strictly prohibited.
Under no circumstances is any person or entity authorized to mint my work as an NFT (Non Fungible Token) or feed my work into an AI (Artificial Intelligence) generation software. To further clarify, all artwork by me, T00Weirq, is not to be used in relation to AI in any capacity.Credit
My watermark/signature must not be removed. If resharing my art/designs, you must credit me appropriately. Theft (including tracing, copying, heavily referencing) of my art/designs is strictly prohibited.Edits
If you would like any edits, please notify me. I will happily make minor edits for free and major edits for a fee. You may edit my designs yourself if you prefer, but you may not edit my artwork directly or have someone else do so. You may not split redesigns into separate characters.Resale
Once purchased, you may gift, trade, or resell my designs. You may only resell a design for the original price paid unless the design has acquired extra art. Then you may add that to the value.
